The hotel's beautiful and spacious villas were incredibly comfortable, with luxurious bathrooms and a fantastic pool on top. The breakfast, although expensive, was truly amazing. The main pool area was super nice and the fitness room was well-equipped and comfortable. The property itself was stunning, with well-maintained gardens and furniture. The hotel staff, from the waiters to the gardeners to the housekeeping, were all incredible and provided top-notch service. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did an amazing job. The hotel's beach setup was great, with a fantastic restaurant, excellent service, and a breathtaking sea with crystal-clear water and soft sand. The property was also perfect for biking around and exploring. The food in all the restaurants was delicious, which is why we decided to extend our stay. The cocktails were also great, and the villas were spacious with beautiful bathrooms. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you want to be near Playa del Carmen.
